This map adjustment is an adjustment made by the railway department to the transportation organization by earnestly implementing the requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to stabilize the overall economic development, taking into account the new railway lines, stations, vehicles and other transportation resources, as well as the market demand for passenger and freight transportation. The implementation of the new map is conducive to further exerting the role of the road network, improving the quality and efficiency of railway transport services, and better serving the national strategy and the production and living needs of the people.

The main changes of this mapping are as follows:

First, the Beijing Tangshan and Beijing Binhai intercity railways were put into operation to provide better services for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. After the Yanjiao Tangshan section of Beijing Tangshan Intercity Railway and Baodi Beichen section of Beijing Binhai Intercity Railway were put into operation within the year, the operation time between Beijing Tangshan, Qinhuangdao and Beichen was further compressed and optimized; The number of Fuxing EMUs with a speed of 160 km/h running through Beijing Jiulong Railway, Bazhou Xushui Railway and from Beijing to Xiong'an New Area to Baoding will be added. Second, the Huzhou Hangzhou Section of Hefei Hangzhou High speed Railway and Xingquan Railway have been completed and put into operation, and the transport capacity of the Yangtze River Delta and the west coast of the Strait has been further improved. After the Huzhou Hangzhou West Tonglu East Section of the Hefei Hangzhou High speed Railway (hereinafter referred to as the Huzhou Hangzhou Section of the Hefei Hangzhou High speed Railway) is put into operation, a total of 52 pairs of EMUs will be arranged. Make use of the new capacity of Hangzhou West Railway Station to build and put into use, and optimize the division of labor of Hangzhou hub passenger stations. Part of the passenger trains of Hangzhou East Railway Station and Hangzhou Railway Station will be adjusted to Hangzhou West Railway Station for operation, and 13 pairs of passenger trains will be added from Hangzhou East Railway Station to Nanchang West, Changsha South, Wenzhou South, Taizhou and other directions. After the adjustment, a total of 420.5 pairs of passenger trains were operated in Hangzhou Terminal, 38.5 pairs more than before the map adjustment. After the Qingliu Quanzhou Section of Xingguo Quanzhou Railway is put into operation, Xingquan Railway will be fully connected. Three pairs of passenger trains and seven pairs of freight trains will be arranged to run from Nanchang to Fuzhou and Xiamen, so as to improve the railway transportation capacity in the west coast of the Straits.

Third, make full use of high-quality transport resources, and further reduce the travel time of passenger trains from Fujian, Jiangxi and Nanjing to Beijing. Make full use of the high standard operation of the Beijing Wuhan section of the Beijing Guangzhou High speed Railway with a speed of 350km/h and the new use of Fuxing intelligent EMU resources, increase two pairs of high-quality benchmark trains with a speed of 350km/h from Nanchang West to Beijing West, and simultaneously optimize train stops. The shortest running time of the trains from Nanchang West to Beijing is reduced to 5:45, 23 minutes less than the current figure, making the number of high-quality benchmark trains with a speed of 350km/h from Nanchang West to Beijing reach three pairs, It will be more convenient and fast for Jiangxi tourists to enter and leave Beijing. The train stops of Yinchuan Beijing West High speed Railway were optimized, and the running time was 21 minutes shorter than that shown in the drawing. The Z60/59 direct train from Fuzhou to Beijing Fengtai will be upgraded to the D760/759 multiple unit train, which will run at a speed of 160km/h using Fuxing multiple unit. At the same time, the operation path will be optimized, and the train operation time will be 3 hours and 45 minutes shorter than that shown in the figure.

Fourth, we will give full play to the role of heavy haul railways and coal transport channels, and further enhance the capacity to ensure smooth traffic and energy supply. Further increase the coal transportation capacity based on the demand for power coal transportation brought by the warm winter of the people in the fourth quarter. Make good use of the achievements of the electrification transformation of the double track railway from northern Wuchang to Jiangjunmiao, and increase 38 pairs of coal transport trains to improve the coal transport capacity of the Zhundong mining area in Xinjiang; Optimize the train operation structure of Linhe Hami Railway and Lanzhou Xinjiang Railway, add 12 pairs of coal trains, and improve the transportation capacity of coal out of Xinjiang; Optimize the train operation structure of the coal transport channels from Haole Baoji to Ji'an, Watang to Rizhao, Tangshan to Baotou, increase the proportion of ten thousand ton heavy haul trains, increase the number of three pairs of coal transport trains, and improve the overall transport capacity of these coal transport trunk lines; Focusing on the need to consolidate economic recovery and the market demand for passenger transport in the off season and freight transport in the peak season, optimize the train operation structure of Beijing Guangzhou, Beijing Shanghai, Xiangfan Chongqing and other ordinary speed railways, dynamically adjust the operation of passenger and freight trains, and add 20 pairs of freight trains. Add 13 direct freight train lines from Hohhot South to Caofeidian West, Lianyungang to Wugang and other cross railway bureau group companies to improve the transport capacity of bulk materials such as ores; Increase the number of cross-border freight trains of China Laos Railway from 5 pairs to 7 pairs to better play the role of international logistics golden channel.

Fifth, we effectively coordinated epidemic prevention and control and passenger and freight transport, and further improved the quality of railway transport services. Strict and tight measures were taken to prevent and control the epidemic situation in railway stations, and the epidemic situation was resolutely prevented from spreading through railways. The railway 12306 system is implemented in some stations to share epidemic prevention data, so as to facilitate passengers' travel; The train code scanning service will be extended to all EMU trains in the whole railway, and the electronic service of train ticket compensation will continue to be strengthened; In view of the dynamic change and uncertainty of the opening time of the university, the preferential service for student tickets will be extended to the end of the year, and free refund will be implemented; We will continue to provide services for key passengers, such as the elderly, the young, the sick, the disabled, and the pregnant, and continue to drive public welfare "slow trains". Continuously optimize the service functions of the railway 95306 freight e-commerce platform, promote online handling of freight business, facilitate the majority of cargo owners, and improve the service experience.
