The first batch of pilot applications of intelligent transportation has arrived

Recently, the Ministry of Transport issued a notice announcing the first batch of pilot projects of intelligent transportation pilot application (automatic driving and intelligent shipping direction).

After independent application, recommendation of relevant units and expert review, the Ministry of Transport agreed to take 18 projects such as "Beijing Urban Travel Service and Logistics Pilot Application of Automatic Driving" as the first batch of pilot projects of intelligent transportation pilot application.

These projects were selected

1. Pilot application of Beijing urban travel service and logistics autopilot
2. Pilot application of automatic pilot for container horizontal transportation in Tianjin Port
3. Pilot application of Changchun urban travel service and logistics reverse automatic driving
4. Pilot application of automatic pilot for container horizontal transportation and port collection and distribution in Shanghai Port
5. Pilot application of urban travel service and logistics autopilot in Fengxian District, Shanghai
6. Pilot application of Suzhou urban travel service and logistics automatic driving
7. Pilot application of autopilot in Hefei Binhu National Forest Park
8. Pilot application of automatic logistics driving on the trunk line from Jinan Overpass to Zichuan Distribution Center in Zibo
9. Pilot application of automatic driving of Zhengzhou BRT
10. Pilot application of automatic driving in Guangzhou urban travel service
11. Pilot application of autopilot in Western (Chongqing) Science City Park
12. Pilot application of automatic pilot for container horizontal transportation at Xiamen HiSeas Terminal
13. Pilot application of automatic pilot for container horizontal transportation in Mawan Port
14. Pilot application of automatic driving for road freight transportation from Tianjin Port to Majuqiao Logistics Park
15. Pilot application of automatic shipment intelligent shipping in Huanghua Port
16. Pilot application of intelligent shipping for coastal container ships
17. Pilot application of intelligent navigation for large coastal bulk carriers
18. Pilot application of intelligent navigation pilot in typical sections of the Yangtze River trunk line

Multi scene first try first
The 18 projects focus on the development and application of automatic driving and intelligent shipping technology, and pilot demonstration is carried out in advance for road cargo transportation, urban travel and logistics distribution, transportation in the park, port collection and distribution, terminal container transportation, coastal and inland river intelligent navigation and other scenarios, to explore solutions for the deep integration of new generation information technology and transportation.

The notice clearly requires that the leading unit of each pilot project is the main responsible unit for implementing the pilot task, and should effectively play the role of coordination, scientific organization and orderly progress. Each pilot project implementation unit shall strictly abide by national laws and regulations and local relevant regulations, strengthen risk prevention and control, be pragmatic and innovative, and timely summarize pilot experience to form a scenario oriented comprehensive solution.

It is understood that the Ministry of Transport will implement the whole process tracking and management of the pilot project, timely evaluate the completion of the pilot task, publicize the pilot results, refine a number of technical guidelines, standards and specifications through the pilot practice, create a number of replicable and promotable cases, and drive the development of new business types "from point to area". The Ministry of Transport will also continue to take the pilot project as the starting point, deeply explore the typical application scenarios of intelligent transportation, widely mobilize the enthusiasm of various innovative subjects in production, education, research and use, and constantly enrich the application programs of cutting-edge technologies.
